Richard Dillon, Chairman, is a communications expert and manages industry relations with leading global pharmaceutical and bio-tech companies. Prior to DAP, Dick pioneered Hispanic advertising in the U.S. as founder of Mendoza, Dillon & Associados, which he later sold to WPP. Other highlights of Dick’s career include President of Johnson & Johnson, Mexico, and President of Beechnut Squibb, Canada, where he “put the hole in the lifesaver” by launching BreathSavers®. He is a graduate of Princeton University.
