Effecting change in clinical practice requires creativity and innovation in engaging health professionals. DAP works with national, regional and local chapters of professional and advocacy groups to reach health care practitioners in their practice setting. We also leverage new technologies to connect scientists with practitioners and create forums for exchanging ideas. The result is advancements in science through collaboration as well as improvements in clinical practice through better understanding of the science.
